Often times, music educators find themselves to be the only music teacher in their building, which can be a frustrating and isolating experience. New teachers and seasoned teachers sometimes need some one-on-one help to strengthen an area they want to master. The veteran teachers of Rocky Mountain Orff want to help by finding mentors for active members. Do you need help with planning content, the Orff-approach, advocacy, management, or resources?
